Katherine makes that all vanish. I have worked with her to find my last two apartments, and both times I've ended up in something better than I could have hoped for. “I had heard horror stories about NYC brokers, so I was not expecting much when I signed on to help my daughter find a Manhattan apartment. Like other reviewers, I emailed a number of brokers and found Katherine to be a stand out from the start. She took the time to listen, to explain, to listen, to advise, to listen (have I said that already?!), to answer questions, and to make us feel like she had no concerns but ours.
From those first phone calls and emails, through the various showings she put together (quite the choreography to get them all in in a day), to the application and lease signing, Katherine was there for us. She asked the questions we didn't think of asking, gave us the space to form our own conclusions, provided advice as requested, and did not of the pushy, shady, bait/switch thing that we had been told to expect from a NYC broker. Her support did not end with the lease signing - she also met us on move-in day to handle any last minute issues or concerns.
